In the agronomist role, you will collaborate with farmers and crop researchers to conduct a detailed analysis of crop data. You will be expected to maintain a deep understanding of soil productivity principles and keep tabs on the latest trends and technologies in agronomy.   • Assesses crop production of the farm
  • Evaluates and improves seed quality 
  • Carries out laboratory tests of soil, seed, and crop samples
  • Performs quality control for seed caliber and soil standards 
  • Keeps records of research, testing, and results
  • Prepares analysis and data presentation


  • Minimum 2 years of agronomy work experience
  • In-depth knowledge of soil and crop principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Outstanding research and analytical skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture; Master’s degree in Agriculture (specializing in soil science) a plus
